Repairs and Customisation
If you have purchased a ring and would like it re-sized, a $50 AUD fee will be incurred. This does not include return shipping. We are happy, however, to send you a complimentary ring sizing kit if you are unable to visit a local jeweller for your ring size. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org

If your piece gets damaged, we provide repairs which are quoted per item. We also provide re-plating and cleaning for a small fee. Contact email@example.com
If you’d like to customise a ready-made piece, we’re happy to provide you with a quote. This may include, but is not limited to: creating pieces in solid gold, alternate chain lengths, choosing different gemstones, or gold-plating pendant and earrings.
Gold-plating on rings is not recommended as it is not durable in the long-term.
The lead time for these requests will take on average from 2-4 weeks depending on the scope. Your request will not be approved if it requires a design change in the wax mold used as this becomes a commissioned piece. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org

Shipping and Terms
Current shipping delays
Due to the impacts of COVID-19 and widespread lockdowns, postal services are experiencing an interruption to regular operations. Please expect the possibility of delays for all deliveries. Up-to-date information is available at Australia Post
Shipping is free within Australia. All orders will be dispatched via Australia Post Express within 2 business days of purchase. When your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details by email. Rest of the world
For all orders outside of Australia, there will be an option to choose standard ($18 AUD) or express ($36 AUD) shipping at checkout. This will be shipped via Australia Post Express or DHL. All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of purchase.
Please note that orders may be subjected to duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include:
· The sales tax applied by your area for purchases from Australia· Duties charged for processing by your country
Unfortunately, we are not able to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these are directly imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are to be paid upon arrival. Being an Australian business Danielle KARLIKOFF has no authority or influence over these charges which are payable to the receiver (you). Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia. Danielle KARLIKOFF does not offer any assistance in this process.

.Exchanges and returns
We sincerely hope that you are happy with your Danielle KARLIKOFF purchase. If for some reason you are dissatisfied, you may exchange it for another item or return it for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
The item must be returned in the original condition as received, in its original packaging, unused and with proof of purchase. Sale items and customised items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return shipping and handling charges are at the customer’s cost.
To complete your return, it must be approved first. So that we can properly track all parcels, please do not return any item until it has been approved. Before shipping your items back, please email email@example.com
and provide a reason for returning the item.
We recommend you keep track of your parcel in case it fails to reach us. We do not take responsibility for the damage or loss of items being returned. Either a voucher or refund will be granted once the product has been returned and reviewed.Faulty piece
In the event you receive a piece that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email firstname.lastname@example.org
within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. Complimentary repair or replacement will be offered if we deem that there was a manufacturing fault. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair. In this case, all return shipping costs will be covered by Danielle KARLIKOFF. Please consider and follow the recommended care instructions for all items
, as those considered faulty due to reasonable general wear and tear or customer mistreatment will not be considered for replacement or refund.Vouchers
DK vouchers are valid for use for the online store only. Vouchers will be gift-wrapped and delivered with a unique code written on the card. Vouchers do not expire. They cannot be redeemed for commissioned pieces or cash value.
